Flavors of Real Tea, Real Food

There was once a charming little shop in our city called Carnelian Rose Tea. One could browse for an unexpected treat, or seriously discuss teas, coffees, sugars and creams. It was a place for those who searched for the real thing, real tea, real sugar, and real food. There is a flavor of that shop in this book because Jennifer was the hostess of that establishment. How lucky for us all that she has given us this glimpse into the wonderful goodies we've shared." Pat Jollota
